Originally built, owned, and operated by Gene and Beatrice Samproni in October of 1984, the Reno RV Park has become the "home away from home" for many couples, families, and guests who travel to Reno to enjoy all our city has to offer.
Gene, a full-blooded Italian, worked as a general contractor in the Reno area for many years and built this RV Park as a retirement plan for he and Bea. Their son, Stan also worked as the manager for many years and became a very familiar face and friend to our guests.
Many of Gene and Bea's grandchildren have worked for the business during the summer months. In January 2006, the park was turned over to Liandra, the Samproni's granddaughter, as the third generation to run operations here at the Reno RV Park, keeping the business in the family since. We take great pride in this family tradition and the bonds we share with our customers.
